If I'm not mistaken, we were told that ACDU would be totally transparent in keeping everyone informed of any responses and developments. So I guess we can only assume that efforts to battle the evil empire (SEC) have been abandoned.

(-$)ACDU's fate will be announced by the SEC very soon, I think.
