November's CEO's Message:

We anticipate filing our 2013 annual report by end-of-year and our 2014 quarterly filings shortly thereafter; thus, satisfying OTC Exchange “current information” reporting requirements

BTW, by reason of it's market cap and less-than-300 number of Shareholders of Record, DEWM may have fallen into that grey area with the SEC where Dewmar can suspend reporting for awhile without consequence.

Need to do more research on that, however, as it may be dependent on those numbers at the end of 2013 and 2014.
