unit dose comprises 250 mg trimethobenzamide and 25 mg diphenhydramine
Trimethobenzamide is marketed under the brand names Tebamide and Tigan, manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline and King Pharmaceuticals.
Diphenhydramine available over the counter and FDA approved.
Mix the two together and it is effective migraine drug that not only reduces the pain but also prevents future migraines. Tests were done back in 2006 and a doctor received the patent for it a few years back.
FDA approval should really be easy as both drugs are already FDA approved and sport a nice track record.
