Yes I would say it is normal. Sooum would source product from overseas to get it cheap, especially that amount of volume( I have a supply chain degree as well).

AS far as time frame it depends what they bid on and get awarded. There are plenty of similar open solicitations awaiting bids currently.

5 digits isn't much but I would figure at least a 50% profit margin in this field of work. It ads up quick
