My opinion is that judging SK on intent vs results is not really the heart of the issue. The problem with it in a nut shell is that we are still waiting on results of the one trial that pretty much makes or breaks us. You and most here know that drugs take a long time to get approved. It will still take more time and getting frustrated at SK isn't going to change that. SK had the intention to get us a partnership, but under good terms. But most certainly no BP is going to give an unproven and unapproved drug huge money in a deal right off the bat. SK sees Bavi as part his creation and has a lot of personal integrity and pride invested in it. He wants validation also and a big deal with big money would do that. So, the BPs and SK failed to agree to terms at this point. He is constantly under the gun to produce for shareholders who demand much but many who fail to grasp how difficult it is to balance value and expectations to where all will be happy. To some here, $5 a share would be more than enough, for some like me anything less than $100 would piss me off. SK can easily make a deal to get us to $5 a share, but that would likely lead to numerous shareholder lawsuits and a huge number of pissed off shareholders. He will still try to get us a partner if it is a good deal, but until Sunrise gets to a point where it is approved, it is unlikely a BP will offer anything close to reasonable to most shareholders. Yes, SK made some statements that gave hope of a partnership sooner rather than later and they didn't happen. Well, if what the BPs had offered was very low ball, i for one am more than happy to wait another year or two to get 10+ times more. I don't want SK to give away our drug on the cheap just to make a minority of shareholders content with their meager profit. I want to retire on what i invested and that can't be done on $5 to $10 a share....and i truly believe PPHM is worth a hell of a lot more than that .
