I disagree. If they file an audited annual reported, that would be a major deal and the SEC would be inclined to give them an additional grace period to file additional reports. The audited reports must be prepared sequentially, one at a time as one depends on the prior years audited report. They can not be prepared sequentially. To prepare one and hold it till all of them were completed would risk SEC action before they were all completed. I was in a similar China stock that went back and spend 2.5 years redoing 3 prior years audits, and the stock suffered, but they filed new reports about every 6 months once the first one was comppleted. What was interesting is that nothing significant changed in the reports.

Only reason I see that the SEC did revoke the shares, is because ABAT was actively defending 2 lawsuits in the USA...
