I think ABAT wants to be revoked. But they have to do it in such a way that the shareholders won't sue their asses.

We'll see. I wouldn't invest a single penny in this company right now. Even when they file 2011 audited results, there is still a good chance the SEC could revoke them.

As I have said before, there are quite a few decent fully reporting companies out there trading at P/E's of 1 or less. So there is no need to invest your money here.
