After ten years a shareholder I will be voting against the authorization. I am tired of the continuing failures to make any commercial headway and unless Tom can present a compelling reason why it is necessary, backed up by clear and convincing evidence of commercial inevitability, I will vote "no." Volume continues to be terrible, save for the odd-ball day. Management has no significant equity stake. No interest from anyone, anywhere. No, it's time to stop hiding behind the alleged NDAs and PROVE TO US that this company is a going concern.
