I have no idea why you're not allowed access to Rock's information board, but it sure happens instantaneoulsy for anyone else who happens to click on the link...and if you submit the pertinent personal information...(granted, a little more specific than usual)...you can also post messages there...I would hardly call it private, exclusive, or not open to the public....
it also sounds like you are saying because of Huff's "relationship of convenience" with Rocky, GTE may face "possible legal selective disclosure" issues...
if that is so, I challenge you to submit ONE post from Rocky that would substantiate this remark from you...
