You have to be a realist to play this game. Keep in mind the stock market is a game. By that I mean a normal fully compliant company trades individually to the the stock. Where as penny's like TCEL depend on it for financing. Having said that if TCEL has what it takes in it's patent which I think it does and the timing is right there is no need for the real culprits,and that is toxic financiers. See the reaon TCEL and it product is different imo is they don't have that burn rate like other companies. Therefore they do not get caught up in that toxic death spiral,known as toxic financing. Yes they do have debt, but maybe thats your proof they paid good money for this patent,and since the timing wasn't so hot they didn't get the best of terms,but that's in the past now. In my mind if I were a scammer and didn't think I had something here I would close shop with the debt TCEL has and move on.
