Over $1 million is owed to the IRS. The 4Q 2013 delinquency has been known since April and it's in the 2014 1Q, 2Q, 3Q, the last S1 and it will be in the 10K whenever Schadel decides he's going to release that. Sure, some are going to try to argue that Schadel has been making the minimum payments and that a partial refund from being late in 2012 was applied to the principal, but once interest, fines, and fees are tacked on to the bill it's clear that over $1 million is still owed.
