I for one would like to see the SEC put in place for their inability to properly handle shorted shares.
HOWEVER
I also do not want GTE to get involved in this as we are a small company who is doesn’t have deep pockets and it would deter our progress in growing the companies existing businesses,
Has anyone thought that that is exactly what the competition would like to see.? Us spending more resources on lawsuits while they design and sell strats, get the wireless contracts, and watch us go the route of the beta recording system; OUTFOXED.
