I agree Sipes was brilliant and the two hen FDA lawyers, not so brilliant.

The judge however does need to be careful his decision does not overturn the FDA applecart. The FDA lawyers did their best to suggest this is what would happen if he messed with the machinery...It was actually here that Sipes was at his best explaining how numerous off the path to the orchard sorties by the FDA had not derailed said cart. Quote.."The world did not come to an end"

I would be surprised if he sides with the FDA....But I have been surprised a few times lately..
