Read the case document. Same lines as others who default on their mortgages. He's not trying to "pay the correct lender," he doesn't want to "pay anyone." "Missed steps" in proper securitization, "robo-signatures," blah, blah.

That doesn't add much to the WMILT for escrows for those who believe WMILT owns these (which the press release states the opposite). The balance due when he stopped paying was $171,284; he is willing to pay the Trust owners $-0-. How much would he likely want to pay WMILT? Same.
