Vois may be taking a very close look at and intently deliberating over some new significant development.... forcing them to push the envelope this far out on a PR that might have originally been scheduled to been released by now. Noone has any way of knowing.

Let the impatient exercise their right to sell and get someone in here that would rather kill than be shaken from their shares. Need a strong base of shareholders for a dynamic move up on the next leg. NO WHINERS or WIMPS...we need WARRIORS.
