Here is the response I received from a ShareBuilder Rep about the preferred shares...


Sherry Rasyidi:

You may want to contact the transfer agent for the company issuing the preferred shares to see if the preferred shares can be held with them. But if we receive preferred shares that we cannot hold, then we would have to liquidate them.
