its basically just a good faith effort to show that UDHI knows what it takes to be a fully reporting company, i.e. what they would be required to do on a 'higher' exchange. they actually did this last year, and maybe more informally a time before that, but as long as dutchess was around, it wasn't worth mentioning. good to see you too!
