Ah yes, the trio of greats like Paul Wilbur and Marques McCammon lol. At the time they were having trouble after Steve left I had a conversion with Marques regarding the rumors. His words "so does it look like we are closing". Well we all know how that story went.

I believe the figure was $2.2 million that they sold/dumped it for. Now the liabilities were much MUCH more then that. I heard it was $25-50 million but I don't know what the actual amount was. Maybe you can fill in the gaps a bit
