The authorities not stopping this

but allowing it while actualy knowing for a long time the financial crime which is committed on the OTC in general and this stock specifically will do more bad than good.

Why the hell would people stick to rules if financial criminals like this company won't do it. Authorities allow them to deceive and steal over and over again. How to create criminals for dummies.
