I've been told by Watts office and Lews office, that they need congressional authority to remove third ammendment,In both cases I wrote back, bullshit. The letter authorizing the third ammendment is signed by head of FHFA(Demarco) and sec. Of treasury(Geithner). So it seems logical to me that the current heads of these agencies can remove the third ammendment without anyone else's ok. Am I right?


Yes, I realize they are being controlled by Obama. But technically, Watt and Lew can rescind third ammendment, am I correct?
