The Judge was well briefed and grasped the exclusivity concepts very quickly.

DOJ Attorney argued FDA's entire case with moments of FDA Attorney "huddles"

Case is holding for one week "to make additional short submissions" and also additional information the FDA needed to submit because they didn't have the information.

IMO this case will not be settled, FDA pushed for all or none decision.

The Judge will rule in a timely fashion...Judge was aware of Generic cases.

I'm not going to discuss arguments as this is an ongoing case.

I stand by my opinion...the FDA can't win this.
