Most do on Ihub IMO. Never the less the only reason someone promotes is to sell shares. Ever since the so called promotion took place I have noticed significant more bid support. So even though they may have sucked some people took notice. It is extremely difficult to promote a low float and very low volume stock with no news. So not sure what they expected to achieve anyway.
