I don't understand why everyone isn't upset.

The only hope for this stock at .0003 with no reverse split was for Aggie to buy back shares. That was the ONLY way to increase the PPS.

But to authorize another trillion shares is the death of this stock. It is worse than a reverse split. It just created a large body of shares for her to dilute till the pps sits at .0001 for a year.

This is the worse travesty I have ever seen. The only right thing she could have done is reduce the OS but instead she increases the AS by 10 times. Holy Jesus.

This means every single shareholder just lost their shirt because she found another way around doing a RS by doing something far worse. I never believed it was just her personal ATM machine till now. She doesn't give a rats ass for the shareholders. How can this not be at .0001 by next week? it's impossible for it not to hit bottom. Get ready for some pissed shareholders.

She has made the biggest mistake of all.
