ECB Euro Investigation Into DTCC Will Be...

News in Europe for a very simple reason. The Fed does not own pieces of the networks in Europe and Maheu knows that news of US brokers selling non existant shares to innocent Europeans will be big news because it is another event of the US forcing it's ways on the rest of the world. We are seen as greedy and this will fuel the fire.

In the US the networks "As we have seen barely mention of this travesty" But it will be totally different in Europe and that news will be picked by the wire services and the web.

Maheu is behind this investigation and it is a a tactical move because the brokers now have to fronts to fight, the US and Euro market place.

This investigation didn't just happen because Maheu's firm has offices in nine countries. Bring on the truth and let it come to the US from the outside.

So I missed something. Are you saying an investigation in Europe now exists? Or, that it might be instigated as a pressure point?

Mano has said today that the ECB has started an investigation into the US DTCC for selling shares that were non existant. This is I believe more pressure from IBM plus the Fed does not control the flow of financial info in Europe. This is a great tactical move on IBM's part because the fight is on two frontas now and the DTCC will have to use resopurces that it would use here.

I believe what Dr. D said that the DTCC is working with us...what brokers have they forced to deliver certs? NONE that is how many.

I remember when the chancellor of Germany was concerned about settlement failures. That was about 6 months ago or more. He is probably as impressed as we are about how swiftly the SEC has acted to clean up our markets.

I kind of hoped we would IPO in Hong Kong. In China communities discipline people for being gluttons. I can't imagine what would happen to those selling electronic blips as stock and pocketing the money. Whatever it is, it couldn't happen to a more deserving bunch than those shorting entities I like to call 'shorty'.
