If they issue small amounts of shares they don't need to be filed right away. Selling has not been that heavy so not like 100s of millions of shares available. I am thinking maybe 5-10 million shares max to a sellers maybe more then one. Because volume has been low and selling pressure has not been heavy. Even the next fins may not have info we need about this because if it just happened the info will be on the filing after this one coming. However I need to go over old filings to see if any old notes are due around this time. If company is acquiring other companies and paying off debt with cash they will spend off there cash reserve quickly meaning some amount dilution would have to take plus IMO but minuscule dilution also IMO OCLG
