LOL ok I am not familiar with that trading strategy as I have plenty of cash to buy whatever I want. The benefits to buying OCLG here is getting it at its bottom so you make more when it goes up. I don't like to buy on the way up. As a matter of fact majority of my OTC plays are 52 week low stocks. But hey whatever. I am still not getting exactly what you are saying but hey to each his own.
