Dude MMs are MMs in this day and age. Very few represent one. It may be the float growing and not the OS either way there is a seller that could care less about shares and PPS so this is why I am saying dilution. But believe what you want. I have invested in penny stocks long enough to know how selling and buying works. OCLG
