as always….the meeting is in the middle

those that base their investment here….in this current environment… purely on an agreement that is on either end of the all+past or nothing spectrum…will be very disappointed

there will be some type of deal(s) coming… here is a JMO something in the middle...

there will be a license with Microsoft to the standard global cellular portfolio
there will be some verbiage similar to what we saw with Samsung with "options" to extend

there will be a license with Nokia to the Signal Trust portfolio
maybe similar language (or lack thereof) as Ericsson

there may be some patents that are transferred to IDCC as part of the agreement(s)

there will be little in past due $$ amounts paid

again….JMO and BLTA!
