I rarely ever post on CMKX boards, the idiocy of bashers and those they brainwash, seldom warrant my time. Like I said, I got into this stock as a "bet". The CLAIMS CMKX acquired will prove to be a significant part of the value of this stock.
Those here claiming to have such extensive knowledge of NSS/illegal manipulation are spewing little more than the lies they spread about CMKX.
Naked Short Selling of ANY stock is quite possible when you have two crooked brokers, a corrupt clearing agent, a complicit exchange, and a securities commission that is in all of their pockets.
NSS is only one form of illegal manipulation. SAC hired Gradient to manufacture false reports, then has cretins like Jim Cramer spread the lie on CNBC to help drive down the price of selected stocks, so SAC could short the stocks. That's illegal.
Just the other day a broker was (actually) arrested for illegally shorting a stock, but entering the transactions as a LONG sale. It took YEARS to catch it.
All the while, the DTC and the NYSE make money, but are never required to payback anything to those that actually suffered.
Morgan Stanley commits obstruction of justice, pays off the SEC ($15MILLION) and no one goes to jail, even though Morgan Stanley is under investigation for doing the exact same thing in a different case.
If it is impossible to (naked)short a pennystock, then how do they come up on the Threshold List? Because the system is totally corrupted.
Yes, NSS of CMKX was very possible and IMHO, very likely. Those so certain it did not happen are blind idiots or liars. Nothing better and a waste of time,....except jail time, lol.
