You don't know that.
Quit posting things as fact that you know nothing about.
I also believe the land rights could be worth a bundle and if I'm not mistaken the land and any value it may hold is still there. It doesn't matter if CMKX still holds claim to it or not as long as it's proven to have been valuable during the time of any possible naked short position in the CMKX stock. Any possible damages caused to the company and it's shareholders by any criminal short position will still be based on any future value that may be assessed from those claims.
