Exactly. If this was about the NASDAQ uplisting, they'd have RS'd and split the AS at the same time. This was about releasing shares.
Not sure why anyone thought this was positive. Increasing the AS by 50m but removing the preferred shares they were requesting would have been the best option for shareholders. Much more controllable than giving them 280m (14 x current OS) to play with.
We'll see but I've never seen a situation like this go well in the short term.
