Re:NASDAQ listing. Don't expect that to be a priotity anytime soon. Management needs to focus on company building not uplisting. The uisting process requires 100% of sr mngt's time and takes 6+ months. During that time we are back in the biz dev hplding pattern and that is the last thing we need after going through it last year.

Announce the refinancing, take out that last loan to save half the cheap warrents and get on with it. We need a highly focused management team right now.
