I am diversifying, I am buying houses to insure that my

son and beautiful wife will be well taken care of when

my time ends. I just bought 3 houses for a whopping $100,551.00

I anticipate $24,000 max to put them in first class shape.

They are paid for and will generate about $3,000.00 a month

income. If the bank will do refinancing at 2 1/2% interest

on a 5 year ARM I will buy 4 or 5 more houses and 7 mobile

homes. I expect if the bank loans me the money to pay them

off in 3 1/2 years and buy 5 more if alive.


I need for IDCC to get a huge settlement and a few new license

in the next 60 days and the stock to go over a $100.00 and

I will be worth 1/20th of what I was worth in 1999. I am

however richer than I have ever been and happier also.
