I do understand investors frustration, patients have been through the same with Health Canada, NOW Tweed and the LP's are losing grip, Too Pharmaceutical companies have been approved to sell extracts IE THC CBD CBG Etc. It is now obvious when HC loses in court on Extracts, to come in to compliance they will only allow the large Pharma Companies to make them, Read this and ask yourself why does this Canadian Company get to produce edibles and export them to the US legal market, but also trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange?

2 years ago when when HC made up the MMPR they only expected 5-10 large Big Pharma companies to apply, Hence the unrealistic regulations for your typical commercial grow ops, these companies will be the only ones left when this legal dust settles. You know it's coming? by the end of this year, all lp's will be reqired to use GMO, and have fun trying to sell that crap!!! I have a legal production license and an a member of 2 dispensaries, I will be covered for meds long after Tweed goes under.
P.S To the investors that are trying to speculate on order numbers-Patient numbers, you are so wrong, LP's are allowed under the MMPR to buy and sell product and strains between each other, these sales will have these order numbers LOL Tweed my have made $600,000 last Q but they my only have a couple hundered patients, I still can't understand that investors here can't figure this stuff out. Bottom line Health Canada doesn't won't the MMPR and will look for any chance they get to pull the plug.
