--ELO-- Hi Elo, You mentioned last week that if things did not get done last week, that this whole mess will be delayed until the fall. Since we have heard nothing, is that the case? Or did things happen behind the scenes and we should still see something from CMKX any time?

Monte-my reference was to CIM.If we dont hear soon then it will IPO in the Fall.No one will be around for the summer months to buy anything.On CMKX,I hope we hear very soon.

DIAMOND-You have to have the Investment bankers on board and come July,Aug and Sept,all these guys and gals are to be found in the Hamptons and the Riviere working through their bonuses LOL

gm. elo. - i heard you utter those words another time. ugh.
what is your current position on money sitting with the Fed and accumulating interest as we speak all this time? and the questionable timing of our usual gurus departures when news is not ready for the shareholders? where am I? i strongly question the validity of any of those types of rumors now. i believe that there is settlement monies, amount unknown, and i question the motives of the belgians and others. imagine sensitive info such as they freely disperse regularly not being shut down by Maheu, if true? anyway this to me is becoming a circus act and we are following it far too closely. it would be sensible for the company to provide us with future timelines to look at instead of feeling as if we need to stayed pinned to our computors for tidbits.

ALLT-I think one day we will get some of the story.I'm pretty sure Mr Maheu has in times past leaked bits of information to confuse the enemy and encourage the troops.

Michael-I heard a long time ago,minerals and gas.That could mean liquid or oilsands,not sure which, both would be explosive LOL.
