WHEN.....assuming 4/28/2015 is the ultimate " trigger date" that I think it is then filings will happen that night or any day up-to and including 7/5/2015 that will show us the way.

When ? ...

Well, In my opinion,

Regarding the Liquidating Trust' ? ... remember, The Liquidating Trust is not obligated to file an 8-K ... (the LT is not' publically traded) ... so, regarding the LT ? any new disclosures would possibly NOT' be available to review until the filing of the next quarterly report ~ April 30th, 2015 ...

Regarding the newco ~ WMIH ~ ? ... as I have stated, I believe there to be a connection between the LT & WMIH, ...

(WM = WMI = Original Debtors Estate = Liquidating Trust = WMIH's Target) ~ that is what I think is coming' ~ a "stock for value" consideration from WMIH to the Liquidating Trust ...

So, having said that, we may see WMIH's filing of an 8-K disclosing a forward moving effort to obtain some sort of servicing platform, or maintenance structure which they would need to fulfill their future planned function ~ (remember, we already own WMMRC) ...

Now, again, IMO ~ something from the company will be disclosed prior to 4/28/2015 (the shareholders meeting) or we will all simply witness people standing on a stage "hat in hand" ~ I doubt that will fly, again this time' ... IMO, something will be publically disclosed, regarding WMIH ~ via an 8-K process, prior to the 4/28 shareholders meeting' ...

HOW MUCH...Two or more posits or two or more face value on former WaMu preferred (WAMPQ, WAMKQ) and NewCo/WMIH works with WMILT enhancing value for WMIH and our BELOVED Escrow Share accounts
