Kermit, just a word of caution....they CAN freeze your account and sell off what you currently hold as repayment. Don't think they can't or won't do it, because they will NOT lose THEIR money. They can and will go after anyone legally if in fact the determination is shares should have been restricted. To put it bluntly, they WILL get theirs. If it costs the shareholder...oh well. So far, millions of dollars have traded hands today on this, and don't think for a second that the big brokers are going to absorb this kind of loss. Just won't happen. They will take whatever steps needed to recover from this, and NOT at their expense. It's not fair, but ya know...it is fair at that. Shareholders KNOW their shares are restricted, and that in and of itself implies culpability on the shareholders part. This has been public information for quite a while, so pleading ignorance won't cut it. As I said...just a word of caution.
