The AS had to be increased, according to the SEC and the note holders' agreements. This won't affect us much. Dror stated in his 8k that there will be a significant reduction in AS after he pays down one or more convertible notes, ultimately retiring a sizeable amount of shares from the AS. I would expect around 2.8b - 3.2b shares once dilution is gone.
Maybe less....hope so
