I'm inclined to believe it may go up on said news of possible notes being paid, but the A/S raise was for one reason..... they needed to raise it for other notes, meaning those shares are/going to hit a market near you quite soon. Then soon we'll see a A/s raise to 5billion come summer for the bosses shares. Sad story everywhere mainly imo. I just Smh and trade away.
