I wasn't quite sure what that meant either.

2015-03-13 Toronto Copy of a Letter from Applicant to Respondent dated 12-MAR-2015 Requesting the complete Health Canada file with regards to CEN Biotech and other relevant documents not produced to CEN Biotech. received on 13-MAR-2015

My guess is they think that Health Canada somehow withheld information from Cen. In typical Chaaban fashion it looks like they are trying to build a case after they filed for judicial review.

Honestly what kind of "relevant document" could Cen have not received from Health Canada?

The burden of proof is supposed to be on Cen, not the other way around. I've found at least a dozen judicial reviews involving the Health Minister and not one of them ask for a default judgement, nor do they ask the Minister to produce documentation that was "hidden" from them.

It's Bizarre, but there's really nothing about Chaaban and the way he does business that isn't. Make it up as you go along, see what sticks and clean up what doesn't with the"they are all out to get me" caveat.

The reason for rejection is probably the the most pertinent piece of shareholder information that a FITX'er could use. The fact that the company has withheld that info speaks volumes. They blame Health Canada for the exact same things. lol

Hopefully the judicial panel sees right through this crap and dismisses this frivolous action.
