I stated that there is no where it says BANKRUPTCY... Pretty bold statement towards me that I am lying when I don't see anywhere the word bankruptcy.

We could sit here and do the something with most companies including Tesla as an example. You are just stating an opinion of what the going concern means. I feel this is the something I heard over a year ago and look they are still open!
