The big difference this time IMO is that there is no corporate vision or technical leadership being shown. So not even a hint of new products down the road. Probably a victim of the operating expense reductions...
They have two products in the street VSC/ERAS and the ex safend stuff.. And no ones buying .. The Windows 10 train is coming and has enough features to kill both. In addition if they were going to get into the payments/banking space , I think they can forget that too, with the multifactor auth capabilities..
To me, Solms has turned out to be what I suspected, another unintelligent jar head following the same path from military brass to industry. He does not have the technical chops to be successful in the security space..
