A/S was reduced to 150 million so the dilution won't be too bad. I do agree that we will need a legit business coming in to maintain the PPS. If they intended to immediately dilute they would not have decreased the A/S out of the gate. gives some hope that either they have a solid company coming in for a RM or that they have a long term plan on pumping a good story because I don't see how they make good money on a scam doing a RS with the A/S being 150 million and the pps being in the trips.
