This now depends on how heavy the dilution goes post r/s. If there is little to no dilution after the R/s the float will low enough that the pps could have a great spike in good news but heavy dilution may mean a complete wipe out of shareholder value. We need good news and no dilution after the r/s and hopefully the pps won't get obliterated before the r/s. The higher the pps before the split the better it is for all but I've got my concerns about where the pps will be before the r/s. I'm expecting some pretty heavy retail dumping next week
