The float has increased by over 50 million shares over the last month? That is very interesting if its true because over 55 million shares have traded since the the promotion on February 17th. I wonder why the PPS can't get past the level it gapped up to on the first day for the promotion?


200,000,000 free trading shares handed out at 0.0000 pps in the 2nd quarter of 2014. Just waiting for some volume. That doesn't include all the people who got burned on last month's promotion. There is going to be a huge amount of people looking to break even and get out of this mess.

1.7 Billion shares off restriction this quarter. I bet Kimmons will be trying to stir up some volume so he can start dumping those shares. Diluting his own company. I wonder how many shares VFIN has to unload and when will they see enough volume to walk back the PPS again?
