if its a pennant/triangle pattern they move in waves. the first wave was 2/18 - 2/27. so now its either topping, or setting up a base for the second wave. you would need a strong move and to hold previous trending levels in order to get a play for a breakout. a close over 1.50 would send it i'd think, and i'd get worried if it fell back under 1.40.

it could retest the bottom of the triangle around 1.10/1.08/. likely would need a catalyst for a solid play from here.
