I followed the link you gave me and spent some time looking at all the filings. I can see that LOVI ran out of money, the auditors quit because they were owed some $8000, the company borrowed 100K with all assets as collateral, including IP and the principal's shares, and when the money was not repayed, all IP and shares was transferred to the lender for $1.
Is there more to the story. I didn't see sign of Canadians in there, do you have names we can follow up and establish a link with NXGA. I can see LOVI as a failed business, but nothing new there.
What else should I look for. You should supply some hard facts showing intent,otherwise, difficult to make up our mind. Do you have Mary Spio's phone number, I will want to hear her story after I'm finished my DD. I have some shares in this thing, and I have to decide whether to go for it, or forget it. But I work on facts.
