One point that I've always struggled with - and has been debated here a million times - is how did CMKX/UC make company decisions without a proxy shareholder vote if UC didn't have a visible majority of shares? Pedro actually helped show this for us - UC did not hold enough shares personally to control company votes.

But now this makes sense!

If the 600B REAL shares were issued and surrendered to "The Trust", then the TRUST has had the only single vote that mattered all along - no matter how many electronic fake shares the TA says were out there. And UC controls The Trust.

Voila! - one vote - The Trust - and anything could be passed without a shareholder vote.
