fiscally sound? the days of the us dollar being the reserve currency are numbered and forces are in play ie China to create alternatives... a big part of dollar strength is the unwinding of the carry trade... there's a huge disconnect between s&p valuation and macro fundamentals... be prepared.. i just hope pphm gets their act together before the poop hits the fan...
