runnning the federal budget is NOT the same as running a household budget.

my house can't print money.

the US economy remains without comparison on the planet, and we are fiscally sound, largely because the debt will be repaid with cheaper dollars in the future. that's why the Fed wants higher inflation.

much like Peregrine is not particularly worried about dilution. the future makes current share prices less important for those who are loaded up before the move.
